I  know Jared Kallen for since 2005, at the beginning when he call me promising he can rent my place within 10 days, I was surprised because I was working with a real estate agent for last 3 months, my place still was not rented. Jared managed to rent within 7 days with reasonable rent as he promised.  I was very pleased with his service. Since then he become my permanent real estate agent. He has good knowledge of what I like and what I don't like in respect of properties. He rented my other property as well with excellent tenants and also succusfully closing my short sale on my another property. 
 
I always reach out to him any assistance I need related to my houses, it seems he knows all the answers even something is out of his area, he can always guide you through, who and where you need to reach out when you need help.  I appreciate this service from him very much.
